Frankie & Benny’s serves up the best of New York Italian cuisine to offer you big flavours and massive choice. We’ve been a much loved restaurant for over 20 years and offer families a place to go for a fun, comforting meal where you can enjoy some well-deserved, chilled-out family time. The best salad I have ever eaten. The service is superb especially from the lady who served us. I believe she is called Peter.

The waitress (Emily) was obviously wanting to go home. We asked for a few minutes to look at our dessert menu when it was 9pm (it closes at 10pm) and within a space of 3 minutes she came over 3 times. Bear in mind we only arrived at 8:15pm and we were out by 9:30pm We’d overheard them talking about not letting anyone else in and whenever we asked for more time to look at the menu she walked away shaking her head Food was great it was just a shame about the service. No wonder there were only two other small groups here and it was so quiet. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone At the end of the meal Emily (our waitress with the purple ombré) asked us if we had any vouchers, making me think that we missed out as everyone else must use vouchers. Wouldn’t even be worth the service with 50% off. Better off getting a takeaway and staying home

Friendly place and atmosphere. Food was delicious and well presented. Staff are happy to help and lovely. Would go again.
