Absolutely disappointing. Choppy layering in the back. No style to the front. Overall messy. I will have to go get it restyled by elsewhere.

They have a seating area for only 3 people, so i had to stand for the 20 minute wait i had, because they were behind schedule. I planned to have my hair wash cut blow dry and put in updo with curls, due to bad time keeping i didn't have the time to have my hair set or curled with tongs so the hairdresser used ghd's to curl it, only my hair was still damp as she didn't blow dry fully, and she said my hair doesn't hold curls because it's thin, (after an attempt at doing 3 curls) but she did not put any hair products in my hair to keep in the curls. In the end i asked the incompetent hairdresser to straighten it, and i was still charged the same price as the updo was meant to be.the staff were polite and offered drinks, but that's about as good as it gets from my experience.
