First time I have used this company. Fast delivery. Meal was nice and fresh. I had the New Yorker Salad. Very tasty great flavours. Great value for money. Would totally recommend to order lunch.
Having driven past Francombes 100's of times and heard many good things I decided to give them a go as I'm sick of eating unhealthy food at work. The food is absolutely delicious and fresh and the options and customisation is endless! The staff are also very lovely! Myself and my colleagues will now be regular customers!
Great food and service. Stopped by for a coffee and a burger, it was delicious, price is great and the staff is amazing and friendly. Loads of selection of sandwiches and salads. There also so much selection on cakes and cookies. Definitely worth checking out!Food: 5/5
Delivery order never arrived. Called Francombs who did the usual “we can’t do anything about it” response. There is no option to challenge an order that has not been delivered with Just Eat, just have to hope that there is a refund. Been getting food from Francombs every day for months, won’t be using them again. You can’t get out of supporting your customers by passing the blame to your delivery service. It is down to you to do something about that rather than leave customers out of pocket with no food. Very poor service, it was your food that I paid for, not Just Eats. Whatever issues you have with them are your problem, not mine.
First time visiting this establishment so didn't know that you queued and selected your sandwich ingredients before paying so stood by the till to be ignored by 3 staff members behind the counter only when someone came in and made their order did I know what to do, as I stood in line to place my order a regular came in who they obviously knew and pushed straight in to the front of the que again I was completely ignored while he was served. Awful customer service won't be going back.
Didn't eat just grabbed a quick cappuccino when passing. Was served by a friendly staff member and received an excellent cup of coffeeService: 5/5
My first visit back in over 5 years and it's still one of the best sandwich shops!! Highly recommended!!Food: 5/5

Absolute Rubbish !! Took 2 hours for a delivery less than a mile away, food turned up cold, items missing, items substitued without being told, some of the items were so greasy they were inedable. really gone downhill with the new owners.
pay full price for a breafast and cant even get a whole sausage, wont be using this place again . bit of a rip off.
