I wasn't keen on buying from Foxtons - a bit hard sell - but they had the flat I was interested in. I got lucky though. The agent was Imaan - smart, kind, helpful and efficient. She went the extra distance and was trustworthy and honest. She replied to message quickly and did what she said she would do. She was also flexible with her time. She is a lovely, competent and reliable estate agent. Foxtons is lucky to have her.
Cameron Alexander at Foxtons was an excellent lettings agent and worked on a very personal level with me. He'd always ensure he was up to date with the preferences of the properties and locations we were looking for and was not afraid to suggest things outside of our tick box list. We found our flat through another agency, but were impressed enough by his professionalism to ensure he got the recognition he deserved.
My experience with Foxtons was great. I had been looking for a flat for months - living with family in the meantime. I couldn’t get any realtor on the phone! Jack Smith really took me on and made sure that I could get a good flat. He gave great advice and went above and beyond to make the process easy after so many months of bad luck! Would definitely recommend Foxtons London Bridge and specifically Jack for finding a flat to let.
I have been really impressed with the sales team at Foxtons in London Bridge. David E has been helping us with of the sale of our flat, which we have really struggled to sell over the past couple of years despite trying with other agents. Him and his team worked really hard to find us a buyer and got more people through our door than anyone else. Once we had an offer agreed, I was kept regularly updated with the progress of the sale. We finally completed yesterday and we’re over the moon!
My flatmate and I had a great experience working with Jack Smith from Foxtons. He was very efficient in finding us great options that met our requirements at a short notice. After we secured the place, everything was very smooth and Jack was available for any queries we had at all times.
Flat hunting in London isn't easy, however through my dealings with Tom Norton @ Foxtons London Bridge, I felt like I was being guided through the process. Tom took time to understand what our requirements were and always offered properties that would meet our needs. I am very grateful for the support he gave and would definitely use Foxtons again in the future.
Professional estate agent who was absolutely on our side in finding the perfect home for my partner and I. Jacob Murray was not pushy at all about sales and we felt that he had our best interest at heart. Jacob proactively asked us about what we're looking for in a home and took the initiative to identify other properties that we may like and spent hours over a few weeks driving us between the places to view. He allowed us to refine our criteria iteratively while also showing us some unexpected properties that we ended up loving more than we thought we would! Whenever we met Jacob, the viewing process was smooth and it was obvious that he was confident and knew his stuff about the properties we viewed Albeit he is relatively new to the area so we had a few wrong turns on the road! Positively, those wrong turns allowed us to see the neighbourhood more! . Not to mention that Jacob's super friendly as a person, incredibly responsive to us via phone, and is great at communicating and committing to his plans of following up with us on calls/viewings/etc. Thanks so much for being such a pleasant experience for a couple of first-time buyers looking for a place around SE1.
We used Foxtons at a time we were looking for appartments in London. The offices were really modern, the staff was attentive we got a warm cup of coffee on a cold evening which was very appreciated! Malika's service as a host was amazing! She was super attentive both on the phone and in person. When showing us the properties she was helpful with all the tips on the area and on the property! Would recommend them if you are on a home hunting! :
My flatmate and I had a very positive experience working with Abigail Knowles from Foxtons London Bridge. She helped us immensely and listened to our requests diligently. We’re grateful for her continous support during this challenge and I would highly recommend.
Jacob Murray was sharp and courteous, adapting to our needs over the course of our interactions. He managed to put a lot of thought into the places we viewed with him and is one of the trustworthy ones you could have a conversation with. I'd wholeheartedly recommend him as the friendly face you want accompanying you through the stressful journey of being a first-time buyer
