We had a good coffee, the staff were lovely, bright, cheerful and extremely pleasant. They made the cafe a joy to visit.nThe art exhibition upstairs was fascinating and good.nThe assistant in the wonderful shop on the ground floor was unfortunately not so helpful or inspiring. I know we all have off days, I hope it was just that, an off day, and he is usually different again.
My favourite place in Leek for a coffee and lunch! They make really lovely coffee, pots of tea, oatcakes, breakfasts, cakes, and sandwiches which I've tried and would recommend. The inside cafe area is lovely, and on a nice day the outside area is also lovely.
WOW!nAlways a warm, friendly welcome at The Foxlowe.nThis time with an event going on inside and out.nLive Medieval Music shimmering on the warm breeze from the Event Tent and later on, even more melody from masterly musicians.nTry it! You will like it.
Great little venue to see bands in. Seems to be efficiently run and there’s ample parking around if you need to drive there.
Visited for lunch with friends and ordered from a very good menu, the food was excellent, very tasty and beautifully presented, the coffee was nice and strong, prompt service and the staff were very friendly, polite and attentive. Will definitely be back
