Very impressed with the service and civility when considering a purchase from Fox, whom I hadn't had any previous experience with. Nigel was extremely helpful and honest with his advice on the phone when I was undecided between two available cars I was interested in but was unable to view in person due to my current circumstances. Having then decided on my purchase I was talked through the whole process, which was simple and painless. Also a shout out to Leighton who delivered the car to me and patiently sat through my test drive and happily answered any questions I had, and then completed the paperwork in short time. A pleasure to deal with all round.
I recently purchased a car and had a great experience from start to finish, with Fox Motors. The whole process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free. Leighton was friendly, professional, and really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. And gave knowledge advice on what cars I should look for.nnAlthough they didn’t have an automatic car in stock initially,nLeighton went above and beyond to help find a car that suited my needs perfectly. I really appreciated the effort, transparency, and honesty throughout the process.nnThe car was exactly as described, in excellent condition, and fairly priced. Everything was handled efficiently, and I felt confident and comfortable driving away with my new car.nnI would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to buy a car — a genuinely helpful and reliable service!
Big thumbs up for Leighton!nI brought my first car from them and I was really appreciated for the smooth and professional service what he was providing to me. I was a bit nervous as a first time buyer, I haven't got too much experience but he was really helpful.nI would reccomend Fox Motor Company for everyone who's seeking for their new car. :nThank you very much!nTibor
I arrived later in the day and Geoff was more than happy to help me! I showed him the 3 cars I was interested in and he got the keys to look around and told me all the details of each. I took the Mazda CX3 for a test drive which was straight forward to sort out, I fell in love with it and I knew that was the car for me! Geoff was very helpful in getting things sorted via the finance company, within an hour I had arrived, found my car and drove it home! I would highly recommend Fox Motors for a friendly, helpful and efficient service.
Absolutely excellent service from Geoff! From start to finish it was a great experience, no pressure at any stage, super friendly and helpful and very fair part exchange value. I’m incredibly happy with my Panda 4x4 and if given the opportunity i’d be sure to use Geoff again in the future. Even though it was a long journey down for myself we were greeted with a cuppa and had a very smooth experience. 5 Star service and id highly recommend for anyone!
