Coming from someone that has a lot of experience in the motor trade industry I can happily say that Dowleys is a fantastic garage that really takes pride in looking after its customers. They're efficient, honest and very competitively priced. I had my MOT here this week and was incredibly happy with the service I was given. I will definitely be coming back for all my future MOT's and services. Highly recommended!

I took my vehicle to Dowleys to rectify a fault, they diagnosed a mass air flow sensor that cost me over £300 to replace. The car still had the same problem, which they then reported as a gearbox fault, I wasn't convinced so had the car recovered back to Kent. On further investigation it turned out to be a seized turbo !!!! I called Dowleys who were most unhelpful and didn't want to help in any way, I am please I paid with my Barclaycard as they were helpful in resolving my issue with Dowley's. Very happy to take your money but not at all helpful afterwards!!!!!!!

Purchased a hatchback from Dowleys. No fuss and no messing about. Friendly and courteous service from Richard (the owner) left me very satisfied with the experience.
