We recently moved to Fordingbridge from the West Midlands. Jemma Pearce was very helpful throughout the process and went out of her way to arrange to meet us for viewings that fitted in with our timings because of the distance we had to travel. It was nice to bump into her in town after we had moved and she was genuinely interested in how we were settling in.

We recently had a viewing with Jemma and although the house wasn’t for us it was a great experience. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly to deal with. We look forward to dealing with her more throughout our house buying process.

Wanted to thank Adele for her efforts and amazing support during my house move. Foxes were not my estate agent, but were involved in the chain. Adele was there throughout the whole process keeping me updated and helping things along. She made a massive difference by chasing solicitors. Good afternoon, Property in Aldrholt Sorry in the delay in sending this email. I did speak to Adele on Monday, she kindly chased up some information from the vendor regarding the property. Please say a sincere 'thank you' to Adele for making the viewing happen on a Sunday. We really appreciated her commitment in doing this especially as my partner is a teacher and has limited time in being able to view properties. Adele was very helpful with providing local information.

I did not purchase a property through this branch however dealt with Charlotte Head as a Mortgage Advisor.  She was helpful, patient and understanding throughout the whole process and kept me updated and answered any queries quickly and effectively.
