My daughter and son-in-law ordered me a Dean Companion Set for my birthday, and it was delivered today, as promised, together with two birthday balloons! The seat is really well made and of a high quality. The delivery driver was extremely helpful and friendly, and placed it exactly where I wanted it, despite its weight! Delighted with the seat and the company.
Never order anything from this firm. I ordered a log store filled with timber and got this. Harvey has agreed to return and make good. Quick turn around to my compliant. There are always issues but it is how you respond and deal with a compliant. So far so good. Will update to a five when it is all sorted tomorrow. all sorted

Excellent custom service! Darren made a mantle shelf for a fireplace from oak. It looks superb and I'm thrilled. So worth the trip from Southampton. Thankyou !!!
Absolutely terrible! Ordered a piece of trellis to fit a specific area. First piece arrived. Looked like the wood had been found on the floor after it had been lying around for a bit. . Mouldy, poor quality. The trellis was also too small. The gaps in between the squares was also uneven. Looked terrible. Ordered a replacement. 2nd piece, 100mm too small!! No apology from anyone at the yard and refused to make another one even though it was 100% their mistake. I would definitely not recommend this yard.
Always approachable and very helpful, a great place.
Have recently moved to the area and visited here twice and each occasion found the service really helpful, efficient and friendly. Good quality timber and good value. Will defiantly continue shopping here.
Stocked everything needed to replace fence posts and panels at BEST prices available PLUS Free local delivery. Promptly responded to email enquiries. Highly recommended.
