Customer service is superb, Tony Fletcher went out of his way to explain all aspects of the vehicle and was really helpful as were all the staff we met. Really pleased with the vehicle so far and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone . Top class !

Dire experience.... ended up with a vehicle we couldn’t drive, amazing lack of response from the M.D. Dave Peachy who, despite my many calls to him personally never once to date has had the courtesy or professionalism to call me back, nor apologise for the situation his business has left me in. Very quick to process deposit of 10k great at selling vehicle but no attempt to help out with an after sales problem DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM FOWNHOPE MITSUBISHI HEREFORD.

This dealership is first class. I've purchased two outlanders from here and used the servicing facilities which are second to none. The staff treat one as if you are their only customer, absolutely top notch. The product knowledge is class. Personal touch at this location thrives with all staff aiming to deliver the very best customer service experience

came into the dealership last month when I heard about the new l200 series 5 being launched. loving all new things as we do I thought id take a look. firstly walking through the door I was greeted by the friendly service staff, pointing me in the right direction to this exciting new vehicle. the sales team made a great effort to show me the vehicle in great detail. I will happily recommend Fownhope Mitsubishi Hereford to anyone looking to buy a new vehicle.
