Full of quaint shops cafes and wonderful bakeries, lovely views from the quayside of the River Fowey, built on a very steep hillside, main carpark is at the top of the town but there is a regular bus to take you into the centre. The centre is very flat and good for walking. Don't miss the beautiful Church in the town centre. Not good on your legs? Then use the bus. Well worth a visit.

A unique experience for families and lone shoppers alike, this is one of the great Xmas markets in the Souht West, if not the County on the whole, which offers up Christmas cheer at the start of December. My wife and daughter can't wait for this years festivities - lantern parades, a fairground and where else (except maybe in Miami) does Santa arrive to greet the children by boat?!? On top of that, there are some great stalls to buy things from. Thoroughly recommended. :)
