I’ve had a such a relaxing and rejuvenating Reflexology session with a much needed leg massage! I didn’t even realise how tight all the muscles were in my feet and legs until Annie got her magic fingers on them! Excellent physiotherapy treatment. I've been attending Fountain Square physio for sometime and highly recommend them.
I've struggled for several years with hip problems that stopped me from running frequently. It was such a long-standing problem that I thought it would always be there. However, after a few sessions with Alex, I'm now able to run several times a week pain free. I honestly didn't think that this would ever be achievable. All the staff I've dealt with have been professional and quick to respond via email etc... if I've had any questions at all. Needless to say, I'm really impressed with my treatment and I'd happily recommend this practice to anyone.
As an accident prone young guy I've been numerous times for various problems - rehab after an acl reconstruction, dislocated tendon in ankle and a bad back. Been repaired quickly, with solid advice and not been strung along with numerous visits. Highly recommend, based on previous experience with numerous other physios
