Can't thank Vicky enough for helping relieve a lot of the pain I was in. Would definitely recommend anybody in need of physio to go here.

I have been going to Vickie for regular sports massages for just over a year and am amazed how different my legs feel after a little maintenance. Towards the end of last year I picked up a nasty injury in my knee. I returned for physio and Vickie was amazing. She gave my exercises which I could build on each week and I could see my leg getting stronger and stronger. It was great to be talked through what had caused my injury and how in the future I can prevent it reoccurring. I am so happy to be running again. Thank you for much!

Vickie was brilliant, just what I needed mentally and physically after a hamstring tear. The exercises she gave me improved movement straightaway. She built on the progress I made, giving me further exercises building my strength and flexibility. I can't believe the difference it made in such a short time. I followed her advice completely and was so pleased with the results. I know my recovery will be much more effective working with her. Vickie is cheerful, positive and thorough. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her. Huge thanks.

Vickie was able to quickly diagnose the issue with my calf muscle. She was able to explain the issues and causes in a way I was able to understand. Following the treatment my calf feels significantly better. Further I have been able to run further and faster than before. As such I am thrilled with the treatment I have received and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Vickie to anyone requiring physiotherapy.
