Great gym! Can get busy during the after work rush at 5:00 till 8:00 p.m. they have recently undergone a refurbishment of the premises and have upgraded the lighting. However, I do find the new lighting to be too bright when you're under it, but overall it makes the whole gym much darker, not really a fan. This gym would be five stars if it had water drinking station facilities and a sauna / steam room.
Absolutely unreal gym. Joined up a few weeks ago and the place has become my second home. The staff are amazing! I’ve never felt more welcomed as I have here. The team can’t seem to do enough for you. They are always polite and ready to help or just have a chat. The equipment is unreal, extremely well maintained and clean. The place is spotless and you see the cleaners and staff constantly monitoring the gym floor. For me as a 20 year gym veteran, this has to be the best gym in Birmingham. So glad I found this place!
Simply on 1 way to describe this gym ELITE!!nnEverything is 10/10 from staff to Environment to cleanliness & ending with the TOP equipment is fantastic!nnI had previously been with my last gym for 5 years so didn’t know what to expect coming into a brand new gym but how friendly everyone is made the transition such an easier process.nn1 really nice thing is Jon and Nathan the gym owners are always present and interactive with the gym members on the floor.nnNo matter what your goals are this is certainly the best gym in the local area!!!!
A new gym to kings heath opened Jan 2023 that's shaping up to be the best in town. Brand new high quality Hammer Strength machines and nice barbells and plates both metal and plastic coated too which easily beat the commercial gyms, as well as cardio equipment, high tech treadmills, etc. Also boxing for those who are into that. Only criticism is the current lack of flat bench presses only one right now but there's two incline and one decline and water fountain but these are allegedly coming soon. So far I've not had to wait for any equipment which is nice. Price also reasonable at £30 a month.
Very very nice gym. The lady at the front desk is really really friendly and nice, our first time came to this gym, she take us look around the gym. The gym is not very crowded, very comfortable.
