Forum Jewellers have the best team, I'm not local to them so got in touch with a couple of queries on items on their website. The response time was brilliant, answered all my queries and even sent me photos of the products being worn. Great website, easy to order and kept in touch with progress of the order. Thoroughly recommend Forum. If you are local to them, they have a great shop too and a very warm welcome, I visited them several years ago and remembered them, hence looked them up to order from this time.
The Forum Jewellers team are always really helpful, they assisted my mum when she needed her jewellery repaired. Great service.

Ordered a nomination charm online and did click and collect, went in the following afternoon and collected it. The lady working was very friendly and polite and got my order for me. The charm was wrapped beautifully for me as is a gift. I was very impressed with the level of service I received and would definitely buy from them again.
Always helpful, friendly and welcoming. We had a problem with a clasp on my daughters necklace and it was replaced quickly and efficiently. We are very lucky to have such a great jewellers locally who have amazing pieces and such great customer service. Will definitely be back.

Absolute million stars for Forum! 5 is just not enough!! I first spoke to Alison via WhatsApp explaining what I wanted then popped in to see her, from the moment I met her I knew I would be choosing Forum to create my new bespoke wedding rings. After 20 years of white gold and literally not wearing anything other than yellow gold jewellery for about 12 years I decided I would like all the diamonds taken out of my wedding ring and eternity ring and made into one ring and have my diamond solitaire re set into yellow gold. I was contacted by Alison on every step of the process from quotes to design and they were made alot quicker than expected. The jewellery they have created is absolutely stunning and I am thrilled to absolute bits. The price was great and alot cheaper than another jewellers in Poole that quoted me, plus they gave me over £400 for the scrap gold from the original rings which came off the total price which was amazing. I will definitely be only going to Forum from now on for anything else and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to create any bespoke jewellery. They have exceeded all my expections for a fabulous price and such a warm and friendly service!!! I can't thank them enough for my new beautiful rings!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff Angie who took time with us to go through the different ring styles & designs. Wide selection available for us to handle & consider. No sale's pressure, deposit taken & we paid the rest when we collected & were happy with the rings. Definitely recommend & love that Forum is our local jeweller's.
A great independent jewelers. We have brought new, had adjustments and had custom jewelry made and can recommend them completely.
