It took nearly 2hrs to arrive. Cold, wet chips. Missing food. Vegetable chowmein had chicken in it. Manager argued with me, saying the chips weren't cold and there was no chicken. Called me a liar. No apology, anything. Disgusting. Never ordering here again.

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! Absoultely vile food AND vile service. They said that all of their customers are beggars! Food was inedible, tasted like it's moudly. It was dry, tasted disgusting and made everyone in my household feel sick. We phoned them up and explained to them what happened and the first time they actually hung up on us. The second time we rang, they spoke to us like dirt and said that we were lying and that asking for a refund was too much.

Yummy we love Fortune Meadow. Just tried their Thai Special Noodles for the first time. Amaaaaa-zing . Been ordering here for years. Occasionally try somewhere else but always return to our favourite Chinese in Thanet.
