Food was cold, hair in the box garlic sauce has chilli flakes in it and was really spicey! Not good chips under cooked

Cold food then found a small metal rod in my wrap. When I phoned up to explain his reply was what do you want me to do about it and he hung up on me. Appalling service!!!
