The owners are lovely. Very pleasant stay. 
We stayed a few nights with our dogs. Food was lovely. The owners suggested take aways in the area for us to order dinner and gave us a list of dog friendly places for lunch when we were going out for the day. Had a nice view of the beach from our room.

I cannot say enough good things about the hosts and this place!!! We absolutely loved our stay at the Forth Bay Guest House. We stayed for two nights on the beginning of a trip from the U.S. through the UK. Fantastic hosts, incredible views, delicious breakfast and a wonderfully relaxed setting- all for an unbeatable price! This is a hidden gem you don’t want to miss!

We are from the states and had never been to Leven before. The hospitality cannot be beat. Not only was Ant incredibly helpful with emailing us to help us with transportation to the Inn ( we didn’t have a vehicle ) he also offered to pick us up from the train to bring us directly to the Inn. His wife, Charlotte, and rescue pup, Murphy, truly made our trip. They gave us such a warm welcome and offered us a complimentary drink upon arrival. From cooking an incredible breakfast to offering us a ride to the famous St . Andrews - you will not find wonderful hosts like this anywhere else! They also bought us champagne as a gift after we were engaged in the first day of this trip. They celebrated with us like we had known them for much more than a day.

The location is unbeatable. We stayed after seeing that it was located next to the sea. Our room had a wonderful & sunny view of the beach and water. It was the best view we have ever had! The room was very cozy and the bed was very comfortable.  The lounge area also has an amazing view , as well as the breakfast dining room. You can walk across the street and be on the beach . You can walk 30 seconds to a beautiful golf course, Leven Links. Not only did Ant personally offer to walk over to help my fiancé figure out tee times, he also lent him his very nice golf clubs! He walked me out to the 9th tee to take some photos.  It was also very easy accessible from Edinburgh city & the airport. 

If you’re interested in staying more local like we did, it is a short walk into town. Ant & Charlotte walked us into town where there are pubs, restaurants, and very friendly people. In fact- we got engaged in this town and made many new friends at the Den Inn who were adamant about celebrating with us. The people there are so friendly and sincere. There’s other food within 30 seconds across the street as well as at the Leven club house . 

You cannot find a better place run by better people! An incredible value and an experience you won’t forget! We will gladly be back from the states sometimes soon.

Fabulous place. Beach on your doorstep, friendly and very accommodating hosts, view from the sitting room worth the stay alone. I will be back. It's a place you can really relax in.

I really enjoyed my stay here. Lovely room with exceptional view . Owners were very hospitable. Thoroughly recommended, and I'm sure we will return .
