Great guest house for single and family stays in Leven.  Dining room, TV sitting room and hot tub make it a worthwhile stay.  Privately owned and operated by a lovely accommodating couple.  Rooms are ensuite, very clean and well kept daily.  Shops, pubs and restaurants on doorstep.  Beach is 5 min walk.  Private and on street parking available.  I have used to his for long term business stays and for family stays.

Julie and Richard are amazing hosts! We absolutely loved the room and the breakfast was fantastic. She was really helpful and went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and help us on our journey. I highly recommend this guest house to anyone who is thinking of visiting Leven!

Warm friendly and very clean Julie and Richard are the perfect host's  breakfast is excellent and they have gluten free food as well. The hot tub is a treat you can relax in, Definitely worth a visit.
