Dont like leaving negative reviews but this company's shocking lack of communication has given me no choice. Went in to view showroom, which looked ok, emailed the owner with copy of planned layout with sizes, was told they would start designing for us, heard nothing for I think 3 months with no communication. I emailed Patrick to complain and he didn't even have the decency to reply. Had 3 other company's give us some great plans and ideas within 2 weeks. I would highly recommend the kitchen company in Wellington, very very helpful and great to deal with. I'm not a difficult person to please but foremost furniture were so slack!

Very good experience. Hand gel as you enter the building. Well organised show room. A lot of choices of good quality appliance and kitchen cupboard. Did not feel chase to look around. Had all questions answered and suitable catalogues received to have more time to choose options. Did not feel oblige to buy. We are planning to purchase a kitchen from this company as they offered the quality and type we are looking for.

I cannot believe what has been written about Foremost. I purchased a kitchen some years ago and it has given fantastic service and still looks very good today. The survey was carried out very professionally and the kitchen was fitted on the day promised to a high standard including electrical and plumbing work.  I also have 2 friends that have had kitchens fitted following my recommendation.  I would suggest that the review in question is a pack of lies.  Richard Doble.

From planning to plumbing, flooring, decorating and electrics, a superb experience from start to finish, a big thank you to the team at Foremost for our fabulous new kitchen. I cannot speak highly enough of the attention to detail and would have no hesitation in recommending them, in fact have already done so.

Disgusted at the terrible service i received from a rude receptionist called Mandy. I had browsed through Foremost Furniture's website and was very impressed with their range of products. However, when i phoned to enquire about a few things that caught my eye, I was spoken to with absolute disgust by their receptionist Mandy who then went on to hang the phone up on me. As a customer, I was extremely insulted and shocked at the audacity she had to speak to me in that way. What ever happened to excellent customer service?! As a company, they have great products and may also have a great team or employees but beware of the gremlin at reception!!!

Amazing service and support. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They did a fantastic job on our kitchen, from choosing to installation it was superb. I will use again.
