Honestly, the best place to go! Paul and the team are so lovely and helped me so much and very quickly when my wing mirror was damaged by another driver. Within two days I had a new wing mirror and was back on the road safely. The whole team are fantastic and I really couldn't recommend them enough! Thank you.

I took my new car fiesta home today. I was very nervous being a young woman and buying a car but Tim has really made the whole process from start to finish as smooth as it could be. I never once felt pressured to buy anything, and he was so accommodating of my nerves on the test drives. He took time out of his day to answer my questions and was very patient explaining everything to me. I would recommend this garage and in particular Tim, to anyone and I can’t thank him enough for all of his help! I am on cloud nine with my car right now and it’s all thanks to you guys :

if you value your safety DO NOT USE DINNAGES I brought my car to dinner Worthing a month after I bought it from a Ford dealership up in derby for a suspected coolant leak, oil leak and steering column knock on inspection they found no coolant leak which me and my mate ex technician were almost certain in definitely had they found no issue with the oil leak and found the e steering column had a knock which was quoted at roughly £1400 i then booked it in to get the steering column replaced under warranty, during the work they did manage to break two parts of my car which they reluctantly paid the hire car for the extra duration in which I needed it. Upon collecting the car I took my car straight to a friend who is an ex technician who found the steering column issue had not been sorted and potentially left in a worse condition and he also managed to find where the coolant leak was coming from which was confirmed the correct place after it had been back to derby. Upon collecting the head technician at derby said that my car had none of the steering column bolts re tightened and he had to take out the entire steering column and re fit it correctly I am extremely disappointed in how Dinnages dealt with my car fiesta ST and highly recommend they are avoided if Dinnages wish to constant me any further I am only willing to talk the the branch manager ford Dinnages Worthing. Jack and the commercial sales team are a great asset for any business running a fleet of vans. We always get competitive prices, regular communication on deliveries and they offer great solutions whenever we've needed them.
Recently had Dinnages carry out a full service and when I collected found multiple scratches and damage to one alloy. They sent me images of the signs saying it was my risk that the car was left in the car park but they covered the alloy repair cost. I since asked the alloy repair company to respray my drivers front as the colour was not correct when it was sprayed last time and they took the wheel off to find the tyre was threadbare. They and other garages have advised that it was very dangerous and I was very lucky the tyre had not blown on me causing a potential serious accident. Dinnages marked the tyre off at 4.0 across all tread depths with all tyres being marked green along with the wheel alignment however since then another garage checked the alignment to find it not aligned correctly. The damage on the tyre was not caused by myself as less then 200 miles have passed since the service. The tyre was in that way when the service was completed. I will not recommend Dinnages to anyone and won't be using them myself again.
Recently Purchased a new car from the Ford team in Worthing more Importantly Tim Marshallsay. My wife & I went in looking at a totally different car to the one we came away with & it was all down to Tim's professionalism & patience. Excellent service throughout & would highly recommend.
Dinnages Ford Worthing are genuinely second to none. They are so helpful and caring towards their customers. They have helped me so much over the last couple of years that I can’t thank them enough.
Just picked up my 4th Motability car from here, as always fantastic service and attention to detail, always very helpful from sales to service always treated like a human being not just a car registration like some other car dealers I have dealt with.
