Alastair has really helped me. I went to him with a misdiagnosis for Morton Neuroma. He soon put me on the right track and I am now on the mend. I would highly recommend him to others.

5 weeks ago I was running 18 miles with no problems, 1 week later I could barely walk due to Cuboid Syndrome. I attended one session with Alastair. and within a couple of days my walking had improved significantly and I was able to start a rehabilitation programme at the gym. I am happy to say, that I am now back to running outdoors and slowly building up my distance again. Huge thank you to Alastair for the quick diagnosis and excellent treatment. Highly recommended!

My 8 year old son had been complaining of sore ankles and heels when playing any football. Initially we thought this was just normal growing pains but after 6 months it was getting worse. I managed to contact Alastair from Sports Podiatry Scotland who had been highly recommended via a friend and we attended his Perth clinic. Alastair has extensive knowledge in sports and related injuries and made my son feel very welcome and at ease. Alastair after initial assessment could see that my son was very flat footed and because of this his muscles were very tight and not sitting in the correct position. My son was shown exercises to do and was also fitted with arched inserts from Alastair which provide an artificial arch which he did not have naturally, this is so the leg positioning could be corrected, as if he did have arches in his feet. After the first few weeks of gradually building up wearing the inserts I have to say that my son is like a new kid and the pain has gone away and he can run and play football as much as he wants. I would highly recommend Alastair from Sports Podiatry Scotland to anyone. Since visiting I have contacted Alastair and always get a prompt and very helpful response. Thanks again Alastair.
