Nice experience... I just go there to pick up my order so nothing to say anything...! But it was quick to collect it though...!
Honestly the most muggiest and rude staff you’ll ever find. My husband waited 30 days for his £23 to go onto his App so he ordered a Nike top baring in mind they don’t state you’ve gotta pick it up within 10 days so I rang and spoke to some woman and said to her that it’ll be at a later date which I told and made her aware that’ll I’ll come get it so she said she noted it down. I rang when I was on my way to pick it up and the person on the other end of.the phone mate honestly get your manners checked.. tells me “you’ll be wasting your time and effort” so when I got home they called me to say it’s ready but tbh we left it and opened a case because of how rude the staff are and how they spoke to my husband and for a refund.. I also said to my husband I’d rather buy the top outright probs cheaper and can get two for that price.. and delivered because we have that much respect for ourselves you don’t deserve our custom.. what ever the outcome I hope you guys close down.. well ill mannered for adults and people who work there.
Managers dumb wouldn't exchange an item bought online. "If you've paid by credit or debit card you can also pop down to your local Footasylum store, take your dispatch note and the goods you want to exchange and as long as they have the item you want in stock, the store team will be happy to do this for you. "
I like to shop in footasylum online and get it delivered to the shop because most of time you won't get the size
Worst shop ever, the workers always follow you around the whole store, managers have arrogance and attitude.
The assistant didn't know the line of Adidas trainers I was after and they didn't have them anyway but he was still polite. It's a nice shop but it's dark and small. I still purchased something else and the assistant who served me was very pleasant.
Well where do I start, finished gym so came into fort with my younger brother as he had a gift card and wished to use it, got followed all around the store as if we was going to steal something felt so angry at this. Could see staff members watching our every move not once approached and asked if we needed help then we get to the counter the staff member serving us had a nasty attitude. we are paying customers and customers should never be treated like this. I run my own business and if any of my staff did this to my customer they’d be fired on the spot! Never again will I be returning to this store if I could give a minus 5 I would!!!
Stacked high with high prices! Staff are mostly students so expect student behaviour i.e more talking and larking about. No one really seem bothered apart from the team manager who was doing most of the work.
Good prices and everything but probably the worst stuff that you can get was about to buy a jacket from them but after how the staff behaved, I preferred to go somewhere different and spend my money elsewhere.
Terrible customer service via internet, no contact details , cant ring , cant email, if you want to spend hours trying find out where your parcels gone, you have come to right place, still cant make any contact,!!! Dont buy.
