Guy in the shop literally broke my phone from the inside out and claimed I was being 'over concerned ' about my phone. Only took in to repair a headphone jack and walked out with another 3/4 repairs that needed doing after he man handled the insides.

Had a problem with my iPhone 6s screen, as I accidentally dropped it. I was looking for a affordable place as apple were quite expensive. Took it in Fone Zone. And shown the manager, was very kind and helpful. He explained what will happen and how much it will cost,etc. They replaced it for £95 with promotion they had going.  He fixed it pretty quickly.  I highly recommend! Great service and will definitely come back.

Overpriced by a mile. Should have got a price first, then i;d have gone to a decent shop. Go somewhere else it'll be worth it! ....The response posted by the owner just shows the problem!!! the phone I took in was an HTC and he just crossed over the contacts and photos £35!! Didn't tel me there was an app on the phone that would have done it for free!! Enough said.

Had my iPhone 6 fixed there today, this phone is only a few months old from new. Never been touched by another shop and never been sent off for any repairs. Had my screen replaced, the gentleman who served me tried telling me that one on the internal sensors had fallen off previous to me taking it in to the shop (must have thought I was a idiot) the sensor he was talking about is screwed in place inside the phone and there is no way of it coming off with out somebody taking it off. He tried giving me the phone back with out this sensor in place (probably assuming I would ask him to replace and there for spending more money with him) after arguing with him he begrudgingly replaced it, continuing to make slightly sarcastic remarks whilst I was sat in the shop waiting. 
I have had problems with this shop before, BEWARE if you don't no a lot about phones otherwise they will rob you a arm and a leg. 

In the end he did sort it out and admitted it could have been his mistake& gave me a free phone case(I presume he did this so I wouldn't spread the word of his shoddy workmanship).  This is the reason I am giving the place 3 stares and not 1.

Sent my laptop to them to fix, fast to fix, great customer service and brilliant price, will definatly go back! Xx
