Delivery on wrong day and wrong flowers.
I ordered flowers for delivery for mother's day and specifically requested fresias, my mother's favourite. They were delivered a day early, with no water in the cellophane bubble (so thank goodness she was in) and not only do they not contain any fresias, but they look like a £20 supermarket bunch. I paid £50!!!! For that price I expected something very nice. Steer clear and use a proper florist, these guys don't have a shop.
