Simply Perfect!
Living in Wales & wanting to send a 'Thank-You' bouquet flowers to a good friend living in Fareham but .... with no prior knowledge of local florists in the area, I contacted Flowers by Moonstones for help and advice. 

I'm so very pleased I did!

Sarah replied very quickly to my email with advice on what turned out to be the next day delivery of the most stunning bouquet of Lilies. 
Sarah followed this up by emailing pictures of the bouquet on the same day.   I was delighted to see how the bouquet looked and my friend was absolutely thrilled when she received it. 
Such fantastic pre and after sales service - so its a big thumbs up from me for Sarah and Flowers by Moonstones.Thank you so much.

Firstly, the flowers themselves are stunning. But on top of that the customer service I’ve received the two times I have ordered through Flowers by Moonstones has been exceptional. I really can not recommend them highly enough. Accommodating, friendly and quick to respond. I couldn’t ask for more.

I ordered flowers for my cousins wife on her graduation to be delivered to her at a celebration meal in The Red Lion hotel Fareham. Sarah at the florist was very helpful and friendly, i left the choice of flowers and colour to her and asked for a photo of them via email which i recieved on the day.  What a beautiful arrangement they were and so colourful, just perfect for the occasion.  I recieved some lovely thanks from the family and photos from them when they were recieved.  So many thanks Sarah for making such a lovely present from me for this occasion.  I will certainly recommend you to friends and family. Jan x
