Our visitors and customers love the flowers on our reception desk

We had a delivery of a nice arrangement for our Reception. Based on this, we agreed to start a service for a monthly rental of different arrangements. The second one was very poorly arranged and dusty and dirty. I did not want this in my Reception area. I cancelled my agreement for future deliveries. I assumed that they would be as attractive as the initial one and be at the very least clean. This service will encourage cross contamination, if it is taken from one health care establishment to another, without proper cleaning  The desperate owners are now trying to sue me for their lost business of £ 30. It would waste too much time going to Court and so I am paying. But I am warning anyone who is thinking of taking this service to consider carefully
