Flower Company Wigston

Grumpy and rude... My wife went along today to get some flowers and I can only assume that she doesn't want anyone's business anymore by the way she spoke to a number of customers. She ended up walk away after getting a mouthful for no reason whatsoever. All I can say is lock the front door and go home as you are loosing good customers by the minute. To everyone else... Go and buy some cheap supermarket flowers and save yourself the ear ache. Sadly if I could have given zero stars I would have done. Something I've never wanted to do before.

Brought a lovely big bouquet of flowers for my mum's birthday few weeks ago lasted for ages and smelt so lovely .. my mum were so happy with them when I gave them to her. I were served by a lovely lady called kay who served me in a lovely well toned kind manner and were very helpful throughout my visit there. Will definetly shop there again and will recommend it to all my friends and family. :)

Brought my mother a bouquet o roses for mothers day on the friday dinner by saturday dinner these was dead visitors was laughing at the state of them they was so bad ; i took photos of them with time date on them and went to shop on monday to complain the lady who worked there contacted headoffice and i was told to drive all the way across town to fetch them to take back and they would replace which i then had to drive all the way across town to give my mother the new flowers which was a different lady then the day before which was not awrare of the situation which had to be explained again .Not one apoliogy was given throgh head office or the two staff i had dealt with . Will not b using again and will not be sending anyone there . My mother got dead flowers for mothers day unexeptable was treated as so what , i know they replaced the flowers but i think there should have been some sort of apology and a bit more helpful it took me from start to finish about 25 mile for my mother to get decent flowers .
