What can I say about flowers from this shop! Always beautiful arrangements which are delivered promptly. Usually last for 2-3 weeks. Staff are always pleasant and helpful, nothing is too much trouble
Flowers are great value. Super beautiful.. Ours have lasted close to two weeks now and still look as fresh and as beautiful as the day we got them. Definitely recommend. Also the staff are super friendly and helpful.
WONDERFUL service. Being so far away 227 miles from a friend that had passed away, to send a bouquet to his spouse on a Sunday, it was great to find a really easy to use website, to enable flowers to be delivered on the Monday, once they had opened. Received Christmas Plant as a gift from my friend in Billingham. Plant gets 5 stars but for service you get 2. The gift was a total surprise. What was more of a surprise was that it was left on my front doorstep for anyone to see or take and if it wasn’t for a good neighbour who noticed it It wouldn’t have stayed there to long. Just a suggestion maybe take it back with you and on the card leave details of we’re to collect it from as I think it’s very irresponsible to leave it like that when I’m sure my friend paid good money for it Just like you some of us work for a living and as it was I didn’t get home till 17:30pm I’ve not told my friend as to not upset her
Fabulous customer service. I ordered 2 bouquets online at about 8 pm to be delivered the following day to 2 separate addresses . The flowers were stunning and delivered before 12 noon. Great communication from Mandie. I will definitely be using her services again.
I've ordered three bouquets this last fortnight, they were special offers and absolutely beautiful! The owner is lovely and friendly, even giving me a free hurricane vase when I added another bouquet from her. Cannot recommend enough! And the specials are an absolute bargain!
