Bought my wife a massive bunch of flowers from Cream and Browns Florist in the Cornmil centre Darlington and she loved them. They were only £35 and worth every penny. Were going back this weekend to buy some stuff for Christmas, as they have some really amazing stuff. Would highly recommend them.

Went to the opening of new shop at 37 Grange Road Middlesbrough ts15au on Saturday, and it was fantastic. What a florist in Middlesbrough,  the best around.

Once again cream and browns florist has delivered. On holiday in states called them  yesterday from America
Because I had forgot my mum birthday and they were delivered a couple of hours later. Great service and thank you to Karen for organizing everything.

Went to Cream and Browns Florist in Middlesbrough today, amazing as usual, ordered some flowers to be delivered in Ackalm and they were there in 45 minutes, great service and beautiful flowers as always.

I called a lot of florists over the bank holiday for a £50 bunch of flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and these were the only people to call me back. I was assured  that the flowers would be delivered at 9 AM as I requested but at 10 o'clock the flowers had still not arrived.  I contacted the florist to be told that the flowers were out on the van for delivery and that the driver must have changed his route?  Nobody had the courtesy to call me and let me know that my flowers were not going to be delivered and there was  just a general tone of apathy as to the situation.  This level of service is a disgrace and I was left without flowers for my girlfriend's birthday. I would not recommend using those people  whatsoever. I drove to my usual florist, Fleur Maison at Marton shops,  and  they were kind enough to drop everything and put me a bouquet together immediately .

I am at a loss as to how you consider an hour late delivery as reasonable when you persuaded me to place the order on the strength that the birthday flowers would be delivered by 09:00 which is before my girlfriend goes to work?
I sat at the table procrastinating until 09:50 and then had to concede that you had let me down.
It was a long 50 minutes on her birthday morning thank you so much.
Do not commit to delivering at a specific time and then change your mind, my expectations were set by you and you failed to deliver. A courtesy phone call advising me of the change might have been helpful.
You make me sound unreasonable in your response. I placed an order with a specific time which you assured me you could meet, I paid you and then you didn't deliver.
I did indeed cancel my order as I was embarrassed that I had no flowers for my girlfriend, I don't think that that is unreasonable.
On cancelling my order at 10:00 on the 3rd Jan you also said that you would refund the £54.99 which I paid, to date (13th Jan) you have not made the refund.
My experience with you continues to be disappointing.

26/01/2017 - I contacted Cream & Brown on Fri 13/01/2017 to pursue my refund. I was informed that the manageress was not back on the premises until Mon 16/01/2017 but she would pass my message on. As seems to be the case with Cream and Brown they failed to compete this promise so I telephoned again on Wed 25/01/2017 and left a message explaining why I was calling and leaving my contact details. The normal level of service was resumed and I received no return call. Given that nobody at Cream and Brown had the courtesy to return any of my calls I decided to visit in person today (26/01/2017). On entering the shop I asked for the manageress/boss and I explained who I was. I immediately got dragged into an argument with the person that I introduced myself to who was the owner. The argument was such that a young boy behind the counter was driven to tears after being exposed to this debacle for nearly five minutes.
The conclusion was as follows:

1. The person who took my order should not have assured me that the delivery could be made by 09:00 and as such I was not entitled to a refund and I was promptly shown a laminated card outlining their "no guaranteed delivery time" terms and conditions. An assurance from these people is clearly not a guarantee.

2. The person who received my cancellation call should not have said that I could have a refund. I would assume that this is not my fault.

3. The delivery van was outside the delivery address at 09:50, I called and cancelled at 09:57 and I was sat outside in my car. When I stated this the story changed to "well the van was in the area".

4. "How could I have gone to Fleur Maison and waited for 15 minutes if I couldn't wait for the delivery". I did wait an extra hour and I did not know when the delivery was coming, the only information I was given was "they are out on the van for delivery". My girlfriend got her birthday flowers from me at 15:00 on her birthday.

Without doubt the most unprofessional business that I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with.
