Ordered a spring cut flower bouquet over the phone and the florist couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable. These were delivered to my sister and brother-in-law on Saturday in Chesham and they are both absolutely thrilled with the quality of the flowers and the wonderful scent. I have seen photographs of the bouquet and must say they look fabulous - thank you Floral Creations!

Time of day had not been specified but when I subsequently learned that the Birthday Girl would be out in the afternoon, I 'phoned. The response was quick & reassuring. The bouquet was good & arrived @ mid morning.
