My daughter received a supposed bouquet of flowers witch had been ordered through E florist online in plenty of time by her boyfriend whom live in morcombe he actually decided to to drive down and see her same day the bouquet was delivered around 5 ish that evening, not £45.50 he paid less E florists charge of £5.99, my daughter , sister and l all complained to Daisysflowers and also E florist they consisted of 3 nice rose l may say and one spray of Lilly's and a load of foulage and poorly presented it's been hard work getting refund but it has been given l received a call from not the owner l presume the person who's next in charge to say that Eflorist was issuing refund we already knew, my problem is this lots of excuses has been made from the florists and the online company even thoe it says flowers may vary slightly on website not as much as they were it caused a argument with my daughter and boyfriend has he was disappointed with what he had paid for, lve been adimentley told not to bring flowers back in so the could seee in person no just on photos and not to keep them until owner gets back to show her strange, my daughter has not even been offered a gesture of goodwil this was valentines remember the long conversation lve had with this ladie who's not the owner, she gave every excuse in the book and she had no authorisation at first to do anything if you leave someone in charge of your business make sure the capable of giving authorisation for such matters lm disgusted with there service and the way it's been handle l only wish l could post photos no recomendations at all.

Despite being super busy this morning, Daisys dropped everything and put together a beautiful bouquet of flowers for me at very shot notice. Thank you so much, and the the recipient loved them! :) xx

Living in the USA, it is comforting to know that I can pick up the phone and have flowers delivered the same day. Staff are friendly, helpful and always deliver the most beautiful flowers, making the recipient feel so special. Thank you!

Daisy's is my favourite gift shop and am in there most weeks looking for trinkets for my home or gifts for my friends and family. It is a little treasure trove and always receive a warm welcome by the lovely ladies working in there. Their flower arrangements are always very good value for money and are simply stunning. You quite often need to walk around 2-3 times to see everything hidden away in corners or hung from the ceiling. Such a lovely shop!
