Nice selection of flooring, good staff no plushie sales tactics. Free samples available, a little pricey but good quality, get what you pay for. Ample parking.
Brilliant service. The flooring I originally ordered wasn’t in stock at the warehouse and had some supply issues. I was contacted by Charlotte, who explained the situation as politely as possible, offered a solution and various different options for a replacement which were an almost exact match for no extra cost. She then insured I would receive my order faster than originally planned. Charlotte is a credit to the company, excellent customer service and great problem solving skills. Highly recommend this company.
Good service and really helpful. Very competitively priced. However have to make choice carefully because of many products come from Main-Land China. Excluding MIC should be fine.
Good quality flooring and it arrived on the scheduled day, which was in advance of the advised shipping time. Two of the packets were damaged and conveniently these were the two at the bottom of the large pallet, which was frustrating as the driver needed to get to his next drop, so we didn’t have long to check over. We didn’t notice these until we had brought the packets inside. Otherwise, we are pleased with our purchase.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Purchased flooring back in April to be fitted. Fitters came yesterday and were unable to fit it and were advised i would have to pay a cancellation charge,although this wasnt cancelled. Asked for a full refund today and the owner said he would think about it, bearing in mind he still has the products we paid £1400 for. Awful awful company. Do not know how to run a business. Have had to forward the matter to trading standards who are currently dealing with it. How they can keep the products, not deliver, and keep a customers money is absolutely disgusting. They need to be closed down. Please do not buy from this company, there are plenty of other reputable, honest businesses to buy from.
NEVER use this company. I have had major problems with the faulty laminate flooring and despite many emails and phonecalls they haven't had the common decency to come back to me. Although i've started a dispute i'm left with a rubbish floor which sound like you're walking over broken glass every step you take. The most SHOCKING customer service i've ever experienced!
Have been waiting 2 weeks for some samples they charged me £12 for. Have emailed them several times and they keep blaming Royal Mail. I asked for a refund and there's no chance I'll be making any further orders.
Very accessible business to purchase flooring from. Parking is immediately by the door, staff are happy to load purchases into the car and there is a good selection online, though the selection in-store seems to have more options.
I’ve bought engineered and laminate flooring over the years from here and they offer good quality and competitive prices.
I received with information about delivery day. I booked day off to be sure I can collect parcel, end of the day the plate came next day!!! After unwrapping pallet turned out that all boxes are soaking wet. I couldn't sort out problem with seller so opened case at PayPal web and paid £60 for sending back!!!! After 1 MONTH I've got my money back
