Story

Flooring Surgeons and its associated brands, are made up of a decade worth of hard work, consistency, drive and will power. We might be fairly new to the online flooring market, but with over 10 years of extensive experience in the field, we are known as the ‘surgeons’ when it comes to Floors. This is simply due to our consistent drive in providing customer satisfaction and the way we operate on a daily basis, and we are proud of it!

Was looking to purchase new flooring, had numerous samples of which did spring out at me, came across Flooring Surgeons online and I was instantly impressed that I travelled an hour an a half to see the most impressive showroom, and a great range of flooring, Ed instantly helped in choosing a great floor, at a great price. I ordered a lot of flooring and as soon as it came Ed rang and everyone helped me load my van. The floor was absolutely beautiful and great to lay. Can’t rate Ed and Flooring Surgeons enough. Thank you so much!
I had to get some alternative flooring for my flat. Flooring Surgeons are the best. The new floor was even better than the one I had planned to order elsewhere. Sina was the agent who took care of my needs, he was fantastic. He got it sorted and expertly delivered in 2 working days.
I can't rate this company highly enough. The service, from first visiting the shop many months ago to obtain samples, to the aftercare once the floor had been fitted, has been exemplary. The range of products is excellent and they are very competitively priced. The floor we chose was of excellent quality. The team at the shop have been brilliant, giving advice where needed and Ed was able to suggest some good ideas for finishing off the floor around tricky areas when he visited to quote. The fitters were brilliant; so hard working and managed to complete both jobs in 2 days, rather than the three planned. They even managed to work with our tile design. I am thrilled with my final floor! Thank you to everyone at Flooring Surgeons, I will definitely be recommending you to family and friends.
Great experience with this company from start to finish. Pure excellence of customer service provided by Ed who advised us, showing his extensive knowledge and experience throughout. His unfailing patience when dealing with someone who’s 8 months pregnant is to his eternal credit and much appreciated!! Fitting was all within agreed time frame and a superb job done. Clean and tidy from the off. Their fitter works like a machine too, non stop until he’s done!! Also returned immediately after a slight blip with a door and issue solved within 10 minutes. We’re incredibly pleased and our once horrible downstairs has been transformed. Couldn’t recommend this company highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future. Thank you so much

A great experience from start to finish. Super helpful in the showroom, very experienced and offered great advice. Nothing was too much trouble. Fitters were very skilled, polite and professional. Brilliant service, quality and price. 5 stars from me !
Ed in the showroom was great and helped us with our choice without being pushy. Love the floor we chose. I will be going back to get stair carpet too when we are ready. The fitter had to cut the wood in the rain until I gave him my large parasol to work under. So it was a bit messy with them going in and out with the sawdust but they did clean up. So a thumbs up for Flooring Surgeons.
Great product, fantastic team. We chose the invisible pale oak herringbone and we are super happy with the result!
