We used for supply only. From the Dudley store. Every single member of staff we spoke to were top rate friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We went to price up first and compared a few places. The Dudley floors 2 go was by far the best value, and they were really useful in making the right choice. After doing the job we had four packs over, which were returned with no questions. One other thing to mention... I'm disabled and unable to lift and carry these packs, one both visits, to buy and return, the staff did all the lifting too and from the car, never once making it seem like an effort. We would recommend fully.
Awful experience flooring just thrown down not finished properly had to pay for extra flooring and told to pay extra to shave doors off if not was just going to leave them. Nail gun in beading left scragged edges they don't take responsibility for their fitters they wish you good luck they guy that turns up tries to charm you to get more money out of you says hes been doing Carpentry since he was 8 nearly over 500 pound of flooring laid for me left to fix just outrageous and awful even sent me to collect extra floorinf and underlay to be told he might even charge me extra for hallway hallway not even finished beading half left off and trim between door and hallway lifts up awful company will never use again guy even gave me his business card incase I wanted him out again I don't think so ever armend simply flooring specialist apparatently maybe he should come out and mend what he has done or give me compensation back for the poor lack of work would not recommend this company
I ordered grey gloss floorboards. Everything went fine from ordering to receiving the goods. The delivery driver was a joke, he left the pallet half on the road and pavement. After starting installation, I noticed about 4 to 6 packs had chips and cracks in the boards. I sent an email, no response, then I sent several emails and still no response. These small firms need to learn about customer service and how to rectify problems during these covid times, or they won't last. My advice is to order from a reputable firm, who have customer service. I would not order again. I would have been happy with 1 extra pack of boards to make up for loss. Unfortunately covid times and adverts are telling us to help these businesses, however, the problem is we help them and get nothing in return....just problems....stick with leader boards, even b and q will do, because you can return the items.
We found ourselves needing to swap carpet for laminate flooring as my partner had become more reliant on using a wheelchair. We contacted several companies and Floors 2 Go Dudley was the shop we decided to go with. I will put my hands up, reading some of the reviews on Google and trust pilot had me more than a little worried. But they seemed so contradictory to the Andi who had driven out, after office hours, to measure and give us a quote. Andi listened to what we wanted and why and gave us recommendations based on our needs, which is more than the other two companies we had quotes off did. We placed our order and within 10 days the fitter came to install the floor. We are more than happy with job and would recommend floors 2 go Dudley.
Worst experience ever! We brought a vinyl flooring from here worth £2000. Andy recommend their fitters Daren and Tracy who came to see the job and said our kitchen needed latex which they charged us £850 for. They were happy to lay the flooring down a few days later. After they laid the floor down the floor started leaking glue and we were sending them pictures of what it looked like bearing in mind our new kitchen was going to be fitted a week later, we were concerned about what was happening to the floor. Daren and Andy said to keep the underfloor heating on and get a humidifier which we did. Another few days later the glue is now everywhere and we are scrapping it off. After doing some research on the internet we found that the concrete is most likely still wet from when we had a underfloor heating done. We had told the shop and the fitters that it had been 3 weeks which they now deny. Anyway cutting it short, Daren asked us to lift the floor before the kitchen goes in and they would come and refit. My wife was 34 weeks pregnant at the time and she was lifting the floor with me and making attempts to wash the glue of the tiles we had paid so much money for. It was making her ill… Daren then said they would reimburse us £300 out of good gesture but not take responsibility and the shop said its not their problem. We brought a machine that checks moisture in the ground which cost £20, thats they had to do and now we are finding that this is what normal fitters do! We are out of pocket by £3500 and no one carers. The floor is out and will be going to the tip! We would never recommend this shop to anyone. Stay away. The worst experience we have had.
Andy's customer service is incredible. Not having any experience with flooring myself, Andy was able to clearly explain the pros and cons of different types of flooring, recommend particular combinations I may be interested in as well as lay down carpet with underlay so I could have a feel for how walking on what could be my future carpet. Andy also followed up with me after getting my flooring fitted to ensure all was ok and was more than happy to have a look at any concerns I had with the flooring. Probably the best customer service experience I've had from start to finish and I'd recommend Floors2Go Dudley to any person looking for flooring. Thank you for all that you did, Andy.
Excellent right from our first visit to the last. Andi did a brilliant job as did all the guys who attended our house, we cannot fault any one of them, from measuring up to quote, taking our order, uplift of existing floor, then level existing concrete floor, supply and fit new underfloor heating, then fitting new flooring. We had a electrician, a floor levelling contractor and then a guy who fitted new flooring and skirting boards. We are overwhelmed with the level of workmanship by every single person we came into contact with, from Floors2Go in Dudley to those that came into our house. All turned up when they said they would, were very pleasant and hard working. We would recommend Andi and all his guys 110%, did I mention we were very pleased. We even got a follow up courtesy call to ensure we were happy. They all took the strain away from us due to our unfortunate dilemma of having a burst pipe that ruined our existing floor and underfloor heating that was only fitted less than 2 years previously.
Great range of products, decent prices and good customer service - Andy was patient, professional, friendly & efficient and went out of his way to help us measure up. Jimmy the fitter was excellent too. Really pleased with our flooring!
Cannot recommend these guys high enough. Such a personable experience from Andy and Dave. They also sourced some amazing fitters for us and their design recommendations were 10/10. Great company and people. Keep up the good work guys
Great service, Andi was really helpful and knowledgeable when helping us choose our flooring. The laminate and solid wood were both excellent quality too. Would highly recommend and would use again
