Hi every one , Please do not shopping with debenham as it is very difficult for returne .# Customer service with this company is extremley bad . I never ever ever do shopping with them a gain no telephone number to contact them no repiy to email no gurentee for refound or returne ,and also they dont care about customer emotion . what is the point to spend money and get stress after that . Im happy they are closed down their bussiness and stop streessing out the customers . my raiting to this company is ZERO .
Stopped by for a quiet snack at lunchtime. Warm welcoming staff, clean restaurant. I had a lovely cheese toasted sandwich with some quality chips. The chips were crisp freshly cooked and the right portion. Cappuccino was delicious and hot. Carrot cake was good, moist with hints of cardamom in the background. Lovely lunch and good service thank you Debenhams restaurant staff.
Good professional help on fragrance counters. They are all helpful and found exactly what my daughter required, and affordable prices too. Very quiet for a Saturday, maybe its because most off the shops around the store have closed down?
Got a really good bargain - a classical cut tweed jacket reduced to only £22.50. And I hope this lovely shape a great future. People need to stop wearing chavvy clothes and take more care with their appearance.
Not so good as it used to be. A little bit to far from the main shopping area of Walsall it can be a bit of walk if you have a problem with walking. And you don't know the area for the best car parks which would be more suitable for you to use.
Have visited this store on many occasions. The staff are nice and very obliging. I love Walsall Debenhams as you can wander round and take your time looking and choosing. Bargains to be had if you look for them. Just a really nice shop...what else can you say???
Love Debenhams Walsall. Store just right size and carries most on line stock. Staff generally polite and helpful. Need this store as a great asset to the town as unfortunately no where else really to shop for quality goods.
Not impressed! I spent all morning trying to contact the store...only to be kept on hold by the main contact centre a few times trying, then to be told the lingerie dept. phone doesn't work and no one is picking up on the children's dept even when I tried directly several times. I usually go to Marks & Spencer but based on a recommendation I thought I'd give Debenhams a try. However, I wasted my morning until I called M&S on my first try and was able to get an appointment on the same day for a bra fitting. There is something about keeping up the standards of good customer service which unfortunately Debenhams clearly lacks and have lost a potential customer.
Avoid the sausage's in the restaurant very poor quality you can't get pass the skin. If you can possible choking on it could happen. Told the manager and he added insult with offering us a free cup of coffee on our next visit didn't even offer to refund the money back for the sandwich. 02/05/15
