Required a cab asap to take me to see my mother in hospital. Before I had completed payment with Jon on the phone the cab had arrived! Jon was very courteous and helpful and the driver was very friendly. Also, their fare happened to be the most competitive. I have downloaded their app and will use their services when I am in North London. Excellent service. Thank you Jon.

Very happy with this cab company have used them on many occasions at short notice and they have always been very helpful and reliable and professional in the way they have conducted their business and i would highly recommend them. Every journey I have taken with Fleet Cars has be remarkable. I put this to John knowing what my needs are and his ability to take time to match my requirements each and every time. No mater if it was a business, personal or a family trip, John took the time to understand each one my needs and ensured they were met. The drivers are on time, helpful, polite and very professional. I have enjoyed each trip with Fleet Cars as the drivers provide a impeccable service each and every time. I give Fleet Cars a 5 stars review, as they have great customer service backed by a professional business ethics I applaud. Even when I have recommended them to many, I have had phenomenal feedback and this again reassures me, I am in good hands each and every time I require the use of Taxi.

Used to use them often. Now decided never again! This is due to customer service (too many times inaccurate time given and been late, bad attitude a number of times from at least 2 staff). No courtesy from one of their members to call to say there's a 25 minute hold up. In the end, I found out when I called for the whereabouts, already too late to my destination, resulting an unnecessary situation and cost + waste of time. This is not the first time recently. Either they're too busy, employed the wrong people, or just don't care!

Avoid!!!! Really poor service... A few weeks ago a driver was late 1 hour!!! Causing me to miss a flight. All I got was a £5 discount on my return journey. I had to fight 10 minutes upon my arrival with the person in the office on the phone as there was no note of the compensation. Tried booking them again and I was overcharged by the driver (I was in a hurry to a flight so didn’t fight with the driver) called the office and a guy named Simon, confirmed I was overcharged and told me that I will get the money on my way back. Now I’m on my way back and “surprisingly” no one in the office knows about the compensation again. For me it’s the last time with this company. So many choices these days - if you are looking for a good service look elsewhere.
