Nice n cozy pub tucked in on the side of rillington street just adjacent to rillington fish n chips. Slightly higher on price point but delivers the value you pay for. We ordered red shrimps, kids meal and light bites of garlic bread n chips. The meals were served in appox 15 mins. The portions were generous and delicious. The staff was courteous enough and almost all of our requests for sauce, takeaway box etc was accommodated with a smile. For a family of 3, we spent around £35. Give it a try if you get a chance, you would be pleased !
Had Sunday lunch here today and it was amazing. Roast Beef , Yorkshire Pudding served with 8 vegetables, never had as much choice, all beautifully cooked to perfection. Very friendly staff and a gorgeous large log fire, what else could we want on a cold winters day……AMAZING. Ashamed to say we live locally and first time we have been for Sunday lunch but we will be back x
Had a lovely meal here. Very high quality food and reasonable prices. They are dog friendly too which is a huge plus point. Made us feel very welcome and even had treats on hand for our Jack Russells. Very easy to get to and decent sized car park. Highly recommended to anyone passing. Great selection of beers, wines and spirits, especially rums.
Had an excellent meal. Lovely staff and very reasonably priced food. I can highly recommend the home made pies.
Absolutely fantastic experience. Sarah was really helpful at booking stage and we were made feel welcome on arrival. We had the 5 course taster menu and everyone was as good as the other. Amazing great chef thank you.
Great village boozer,Food was Great and Dog Friendly which is a bonus......Beer garden.....though didn't sit outside it does however look good....staff and pub,Bang On.

Popped in Saturday afternoon on way home from Malton .. Staff really friendly... Food excellent.. Home made Steak and Ale pie... Will go again and thoroughly recommend it.
Basic pub grub but OK for that. The place could do with a refurb though.
