Flamingrate Dawlish were flaming great! They provided a first class service. We wanted to move the position of our wood burning stove, which meant a new hearth, changing the position of the external flue and replacing the internal pipes. Communications by phone were friendly and helpful and all calls we made were returned promptly. The work was done in a timely manner and some subsequent adjustments we needed were allowed within the original estimated price. I highly recommend this company.

Really delighted with all the efforts Flamin Grate made to get the job done quickly for my elderly mother who was in desparate need to get heating in her 500 year old cottage. Kind and thoughtful staff too. A big thumbs up from me!!!

Flamin Grate did a superb, professional job in knocking out our old fireplace back to its brick original and installing a multifuel burner. Although the job proved bigger than originally anticipated, the guys kept to their schedule and cleaned up after themselves. As a result we have a traditional burner with a floating oak mantelpiece which sets our cottage kitchen perfectly. A great company and great service, and we'd happily recommend them to anyone.

Quick to quote, which was a very fair price and booked me in with a fitting date as soon as I put my deposit down Very good at staying in contact, and fitted when they said they would. They were very clean and tidy and the woodburner and hearth were fitted to a really good finish. Really pleased with every aspect of this service and would definitely recommend them.

Outstanding customer service from start to finish. We were given great advice on which products to go for and the price was the most competitive in Exeter and the surrounding areas. The woodburner and surround are superb quality. We were so impressed with the fitters who came to install the product. They were friendly, professional and very competent. We are thrilled with our woodburner and surround, it gives out fabulous heat and gives us immense pleasure. Thank you Flamin Grate Dawlish! We would highly recommend them.
