Very happy with polite and friendly service . We ordered a new lounge carpet from them and had it expertly fitted by a very helpful young man a couple of days later . Very pleased ,will use again.

Made an order online in time for Xmas, I was then advised it would not arrive until after, and when I queried it received a very rude email telling me I was a stuck up customer. Unbelievably awful service!
