This is a great little burger place, family friendly, staff are proactive and polite. The only draw back is the location. If only I could pick this place up and drop it in a more classy part of town. Some kids smoking foul fags outside made the place smell but the staff promptly told them to move on. The parking is a nuisance and it’s too difficult on event days. The food quality is to a very high standard but the price is also dear. Portions are decent sized and you can get quality drinks here not available at your local burger joint. Just take care with parking and also, ladies please don’t go alone (unless your a savvy local) it’s not a family friendly area in the evenings.

This is probably my favourite grilled chicken and burger place in all of London, and I have been to a good few Guys are friendly. It's clean and no issues on hygiene and the good is immaculate. The only reason they lose a 5 star rating is due to the fact the menu has sky rocketed up from where it was. Now what I will say is the quality and the standard have not decreased at all and there's more variety on the menu to compensate for This, but this is where I use to go everyday after gym and eat my dinner for a reasonable amount, £6 pound for 8 double joined wings & chips with a bottle of water. That's now around the 8-9 Mark. It's now turned into the place I go to when I want to treat myself now and again. Forever a fan but the latest price increase doesn't make it a daily visit. More of a weekly. Don't like I said, if you haven't been. See the hype for yourself. And wouldn't discourage you from it.

Really did not like the food here. Ordered the cheeseburger, meat patty was low quality and seemed to be made of a mixture of beef and sawdust, and was well done to the point of overcooked. The cheesecake was the most generic and off-the-shelf it could have been, and tasted nothing like salted caramel. Quite a rip-off at almost £5 a slice too. Milkshakes were OK but nothing special.

Flames has good food is clean and good customer service , but to be honest the price does not justify the food experience ,12 quid for wings chips and a drink . I learnt that day, better to go nandos, better value for money and better food . Sorry flames
