Such a pleasant place to eat. Staff are incredibly friendly and go the extra mile to keep customers happy. 10/10 for customer service. Food came out quickly and we were delighted with how it all tasted, with burgers and chops bursting with so much flavour, done to perfection. The Lime Mojito came out a little watery but staff again were willing to change it and bring a new one for us. Milkshakes have the right consistency and blend. Perfect! A true unique burger and grill place. I am sure to visit again! Thank you.
Great food, very rare to get really good burgers. The perinaise sauce with the fries was a nice surprise. The staff were friendly, the service was good and the decor is well done. It was also great to see how accommodating the staff were to a couple with a young child on the table next to us. Will certainly go again.
First off the burgers are good, very good. They are made from scratch and it does take a while, but they are worth the wait. Everything else, not so much. The fries are from a McCain's bag and dusted in flavour, good but not for the premium price. The decor is done on the cheap, the tables are a bit sticky, the tops of the ketchup bottles are crusted with ketchup... Getting the idea? Good food but a big miss on the details so not a great restaurant. I went with my son, The kids portions are huge and good value but my milkshake arrived after I had finished my burger. My son's arrived halway through his burger... We were the only people in the place... I went up to the counter to order a s the service was non-existent. When the waitress did appear she proceeded to chatter to the cook in the open kitchen like we weren't even there. It''s not like we needed anything but still... It's a premium price, premium product, soup-kitchen standard service. Go for the food, not the experience.
Ordered food from this place as takeaway. Food was good. I got a wrap and my family got burgers. One caveat. They charge well above their standards. I was SHOCKED that they sharge £2.50 for like 5 chips. My mum just wanted chips and I figured for £2.50 for some potato it better be a big portion. The chippy only charges a quid for a portion to serve two. Chips in general are a confusing part of the menu. No normal chips? I can't say the food was awful but prices are shocking.
Wooohooooo! Like wow. Seriously.. have heard some mixed reviews about this place. And for those of you who know me will know I love my food especially fast .. If you haven't been you must try. I prefer the Beef over the chicken, the burger buns hold well and sauces and flavours will blow your socks off. Milkshakes are thick and consistent - they don't seperate like other places. Fries are amazing especially with nacho cheese flavouring. You will be back for more guaranteed. The place is pretty far from where I live.. Hope they open more of these soon .. Last thing I'd say the order took a little time but it was well worth the wait.
We walked in here after the Springsteen gig at Wembley and they were closing but turned the grill back just on for us. Staff were really friendly and gave some recommendations on choice. I could also hear the one guy taking telephone orders and apologising in advance for longer wait times on deliveries due to the concert and associated road closures. He was telling the customers that he'd throw some extras in to apologise - and bear in mind that the delays weren't even his fault. That's someone who cares about return custom. Had two fantastic burgers, 2 large boxes of some of the best fries I've had and 2 really good thick fruit shakes. There was plenty of it - I have a decent appetite but couldn't eat all the fries. They also boxed it up really nicely for us to eat on the tube b It did cost £22 but it was cooked from scratch, fresh, and real food costs money. People giving complaints about price - go to McDonalds. I would rate the burger above places such as GBK and on a par with 5 Guys.
So good to finally see modern halal choices with such a diverse American menu. Love the add ons that allow to you to create your own burger and even your own milkshake. Funky decor and friendly staff. Really tasty stuff. Popped in randomly and was pleasantly surprised. Just a shame that it's a bit far out for me.
This place is a joke. 1 star is generous I have given it numerous chances now to impress me and I have been let down everytime. Average food Over priced Will leave hungry Will wait for a long time for food. No one ever in there but that doesnt mean your food will arrive any sooner. Twice now the staff have had to leave the shop to source ingredients for my order. I waited 20mins once and I only ordered a drink. Bigger burgers, faster more efficient service, lower prices more relative to the area and its portion sizes and perhaps a smaller menu is what this place needs to succeed. As a local I want this place to exist but I cant help thinking I'd feel happier leaving mcdonalds than this poor establishment. Hopefully it can turn it all around but if it doesnt I really wouldnt miss this place.
Amazing experience! My food came out in a fantastic style and tasted fantastic too in a short matter of time, I ordered a Lime Mohito with my burger which tasted incredibly authentic and exotic surely will try that again! I have seen alot of changes since last year and an amazing change of customer service especially from the manager who i asked about the food from. Overall ive had a amazing experience and would come again in the near being
We were the only customers in the place and it took them about 20 mins to prepare the food. Ordered chicken burgers. Firstly, Too much sauce in their burgers and second - half the chicken was uncooked! Unsure about the rating to be honest.. But wouldn't visit it again.
