This is forth kebab shop I have tried in Lowestoft, and it’s the same as the previous three. For £16 I personally think this portion size is small. It only got 3 stars because the doner meat was good and the delivery was quick by a lovely person. There is £2.50 delivery and charge, which made this meal £18.50. The meal was supposed to be a mixed kebab, except for the doner meat all the other was bland and sliced into slither’s. I don’t know if it was to make it look more or to check if was cooked but it was just like a plain bit of meat no seasoning. The kebab shops in this area all seem to use the same portion size and it’s not what you would expect for the price
Not had flames for donkeys years and decoded to have flames for a treat yesterday. We ordered a BBQ base, with chicken, bacon, sweetcorn and red onion and a kinder cookie. Got home and we received a normal cheese pizza covered in disgusting green Peppers! Tiny pieces of chicken, there was no sweetcorn, no bacon and no BBQ.. And the cookie was oreo... We tried to call the Flames back but the phone line kept being cut off... In the end, both pizza and cookie went in the bin and sat and had toast instead... And the worst part was, our order was £22.50!!! What a joke!! Pizza Point pizza is only 8.99 and any size and their pizzas are top quality! Orinfally was going to order from pizza point but they were closed so went to flames. Wish we never bothered. Never going to order from flames ever again...
If I could give no stars I would. Got told delivery 25 minutes it took over an hour. The food was completely wrong. 2 meals had to be thrown due to not being edible, 1 of the meals was a half pounder burger with onions & NO CHEESE, my father is lactose intolerant & asked more than once for one of the burgers to have no cheese! The food is overpriced anyway so you think you’d get the bloody orders right to justify the amount. Cannot believe how terrible this place is! NEVER WILL I ORDER FROM THIS BACKWARDS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN!
Never ordered from here but I fancied a change. Well the food was hot, nice and delivered early with a happy delivery driver. Well done guys. Perfect.
I would NEVER buy a Kebab from anywhere else! FLAMES KEBABS ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!!! Fresh, tasty, plenty of salad, rice, coleslaw, chicken and 2 pitta breads each! Very friendly staff! BRILLIANT! Parking: Parked easily.
Second order we’ve placed and both times couldn’t fault. Very fresh and good quality. Would definitely recommend and reorder.
We ordered food from this place and some of my food was missing so I called the restaurant I explained some of my food was missing and the guy on the other end of the phone was unbelievable rude I told him I like the food that we paid for and he said a few thing I can not publish and then hug up the food that we got was not worth the money we paid for it I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone they have know customer service and food not good I would recommend you to order form any but there
Popped in a few times after getting of the boat and on way to oulton broads to the digs mmmmm nice n pleasant, worth a visit :-Food: 5/5
Service was friendly and quick. Food was very tasty. Only rated 4 as think it’s over priced.
I have ordered here regularly for a while now. I used to use others but this is now my new favourite pizza and kebab shop. Staff always friendly on phone and in shop when i have collected. When delivered it is always earlier than expected and steaming hot. Keep it up guys
