I could not be more disappointed with fix auto Henley. After having one of cars repaired here by my insurance company, I decided to bring my other car here for a cash repair as It was not so major. They came and looked at the damage and promised me a quote that day. No quote arrived and every day after I would ring up to chase it and they would keep fobbing me off with the same excuses that it would be with me later that day. How they are in business I have no idea!

Without prejudice, Direct Line sent my Golf there after it was hit in the rear whilst parked and the vandal admitted full liability. When the car was returned, it had the wrong colour bumper trim on it, out of balance back wheels, but worst off all the brake fluid reservoir had been left open. The Golf uses the brake fluid for the clutch and brakes, so the car had a binding clutch AND dangerously bad brakes. The garage denied ever going under the bonnet. Direct Line claimed these problems were advised to be not from the accident after talking to the garage, not me. The car had been completely serviced and had 4x new laser tracked tyres fitted over a month before the vandalism. I had to get the brake system powerflushed AGAIN at a local Golf specialist who found air bubbles in the rear hoses only and Merityre found the back wheels out of balance having been scrubbed 2 metres with the handbrake on. If you want to be humiliated, insulted, belittled and ignored by people who screw up your car more than the accident did, go to Fix Auto of Henley. They couldn't even get the colour of a black bumper right.
