I have been going to this place since it was open. You expect some sort of recognition from the employees when you enter the place, so you feel in a cosy and friendly atmosphere, even though the employees' English are quite poor. If you call to make an appointment they pretend that they got your name down but when you arrive they find it difficult to identify who you are. These are all down to poor language skills which I sympathise with. However, it can not be forgiven when they are rude and speak to you as if you are a child. It is already hard to communicate with them and it does not help when they tell you off for their own fault. It seems like the employees are not happy there and it reflects on to customers. I received a quick job yesterday at full price, with sulky faces. Sadly they lost my custom. I was so close there but now will look for a more friendly place where communication is better. I am hoping that they will read this review and correct their ways.

If i could have put Zero stars i would have. staff arguing with customers, they are not professional. I wont be going back.

Under new ownership, this salon is newly refurbished with friendly staff and I enjoyed my experience here. Great gel manicure and great prices, did a lovely job! Definitely returning and highly recommended!

it's a lovely place, recently refurbished lovely big massage chairs when you're having a pedicure the staff are friendly their work is excellent and it's a lot less expensive than other salons
