Travelled to buy equipment only to find no shop, just a distributor postage only. Nothing  to buy over counter. When asked I got not the most pleasant rely.

DO NOT BUY. I ordered a fishing set. The item was great price. Probably too good to be true to be honest. Took my money. Item never arrived. They sent me a pic of a random block of flats and told me courier took this. So I have no fishing rod and I'm down £50 as they refuse to give me my money. The company reply to my messages every few days and leave me cheeky comments. Their attitude sticks. Stay well clear of this company. Search for the product elsewhere as if you find it just slightly more expensive elsewhere just buy it as you run risk of losing your money. Plus if you do have a problem then their service is awful.

Excellent service. Lost a mud foot to my fishing bed used only for camping as the most comfortable albeit slightly heavy bed and a good nights zeds! and sent an email asking if they did replacements. Got an immediate response from Ceri Owen with the cost of a replacement and a number to call to order the new foot Bought two just in case!. Only downside but I won't remove any stars for this is that the number is 0871 and therefore chargeable with my phone company full package.

I ordered my tfg juggernaut barrow Monday evening and by 10:30 Wednesday it was delivered! what  more can I say phenomenal! Fantastic products fab prices and second to none customer service I shopped via ebay mail order I got instant confirmation and tracking information from fishtec  and could follow my order easily right up to the point it rocked up at my front door I have shopped from fishtec for many years never once had any issues with the mail order service its always been nothing short of astounding if I could leave ten stars I'd want to leave 20

Absolutely horrendous service Ordered a bedchair off ebay because it stated 48hr delivery and i am still waiting for it a week later. When i speak to them on ebay they just ask do i still want it or do i want a refund and refuse to offer or discuss a gesture of goodwill. I called the customer helpline and a guy answered who clearly has had no training in customer service as he was aggressive and wouldn't let me speak he has the same personality as you'd expect from a piece of dry toast He managed to hear everything i said up until i mentioned a gesture of goodwill then he started saying i was breaking up how convenient Steer clear everyone or you might need to waste your time on the phone speaking to an angry aggressive bloke

Excellent customer service from Ceri. The boots I bought my husband developed a fault on 4th wearing. I emailed on New Year's eve. Ceri responded on 2nd January and by 11am on the 3rd today a new pair had been delivered. Amazing customer service.

I ordered a carp rod and reel.  Only the rod was sent.   I contacted Fishtec and they were going to look into.  They have haven't done anything so I'm now out of pocket.  I have to order a reel elsewhere.  Plus they charge a premium rate number for customer services.  Laughable!    Following complaint Reel has now been sent.  Review changed from 1 star to 3 stars.

Do not mail order from Fishtec. They are not geared up to provide an efficient or traceable delivery service. On the 4th of May 2019 I purchased a Daiwa Black Widow carp rod from Fishtec through Amazon. The anticipated delivery date for this was advertised as the 11th May. On the 16th of May I sent an email via the Amazon system to ask where my rod was. This was the first of many emails asking when my rod would be delivered. Finally on the 1st of June I was sent an email to tell me that the rod would be delivered on Monday the 3rd of June. I stayed in all day to take delivery. The rod was not delivered. On the 4th of June utterly frustrated I cancelled the order and requested a full refund. I have just been informed by Fishtec that I will not be refunded until their courier has returned the fishing rod to them. On past performance this will be another month.  Be warned.

Fantastic business - a true grown up's toy shop. Nice to support a British company and they always provide a fantastic service and range of products. Cannot be faulted and their own brand range under airflo keeps getting better and better.

Would never buy from these people. When you have an issue they do not return your calls but instead send out threatening letters. They refunded a purchase I just wanted a different size in and then when I contacted them to let them know they didnt return my calls 6 times. Next thing final rude demands in the post threatening court action which also showed I had paid and that they had refunded the purchase. No appolagy
