Brilliant,  so good to see knowledgeable staff doing the job. Top marks to the young women who took the time to listen, Advise, and I was so impressed I bought two pairs of waterproof walking shoes!

School boy error, I bought clothing from Cotswold outdoor online.... Turned out the clothing was way too big, Cotswold staff were really helpful and friendly, they took the oversized garment's and refunded me, moral of that long winded story..... Don't buy online go and visit the shop and try stuff on before buying.. and get to meet the friendly helpful staff

Lovely staff, rushed in just before closing time because I forgot my tent stakes. Staff was really helpful and give me some spare stakes for free

Helpful staff and a decent range but could also do with a wallet friendly range of merchandise too from this company, not mountain warehouse style but something in-between as they have become more designer/brand orientated for those who want to look like they hike than those who actually use the outdoors, kinda Chelsea tractor customers.

Always great smiley knowledgable service and a willingness to help you get you what you want. Not the biggest Cotswold shop around but it has most of what you need in the outdoor world. Takes most of my spare pocket money anyway!!
