"National museum presenting the last 50 years of the fishing industry with displays of historic boats, fishing methods and the people involved over time. 11 galleries of interest with a working boatyard and very special historical boat "Reaper" in Anstruther harbour. Visit compliments by tearoom and lovely shop."

Very interesting items to view and lots of well explained information and a great place for all ages Also good cafe
Good day out and fun seeing how life use to be like. Only thing you need to watch is the address is wrong and we nearly went to the wrong area. Said to Google but it's down to the museum to change it.Visited onWeekendWait time10–30 minReservation recommendedYes
great place, staff were lovely , my waitress keira was very nice and helpful , will visit again soon
Good attraction, if you like fishing and boats. The exhibition is far far larger on the inside than you would expect. If your in Anstruther then I'd recommend a visit. Was £36 for 3 adults an OAP and a child.
I haven't been here for many a year, and wow how had it changed. It can take a whole afternoon to look round, all the sections are very comprehensive, I never knew there was so much to fishing. The staff were all very helpful, and friendly also has a lovely tearoom.
Fascinating and detailed displays of artefacts covering history of fishing in Scotland from earliest times to present.Visited onWeekdayWait timeNo waitReservation recommendedNo
