Never coming here ever again. Has gone downhill and we have been customers for years. The first complaint we ordered food and the server forgot some of the order. We thought honest mistake. Then today we go back and the NEW manager forgot 1 of our savaloy, we ordered a large chips and I could just about share them out between 2 small kids so they wouldn't eat that many, we usually can share a large between 4 of us. My partner said the manager was talking to customers saying other people were giving too many chips away . That's fair enough but the portions your handing out now are ridiculous. We will not pay your prices for tiny portions so for that using you have lost loyal customers.

If you have half an hour to spare, don't want any food and want to be treated rudely then this is the place for you. They never inform you there is a delay, they take your money and leave you waiting  for an age. Have seen so many people including myself walk out on several occasions. It's a shame cos when you do get food it isn't bad.. just a shame you're treated so badly..

Ordered Gluten free fish and chips. Which is rare to find. The staff where friendly and professional. The food was cooked fresh while I waited. I was even asked if I wanted salt and vinegar on the fish separately from the chips. Food was cooked to perfection.

Just been to the grove hill store and asked to have the last large fish ...the bloke behind the counter said we only have the two small ones going, 

WHY WAS THERE  A LARGE FISH THERE READY ....when it shouldn’t be ...

Bloody dissatisfied with the service here .
