Craig is a top lad and has a lot of knowlage on bikes. Very helpful and a lot of advice. Knows what he is talking about. I highly recommend him. I have never had a problem with going to this shop and never had issues with Craig. Amazing personality and attitude. Products and bikes are excellent quality. Thumbs up all round.

Big shout out today to Fish Bikes, Torquay. I had no gear selection on my Volt Pulse. I dropped in, without notice, asking advice. Despite being very busy, the engineer stopped what he was doing, identified the problem, and fixed it in a few minutes. Great service and one very grateful rider. Many thanks Fish Bikes. A proper bike shop, Craig gets stuck in and solves problems, in the most efficient way. He doesn't just sell bikes and parts.

Absolutely disgraceful attitude By the owner. Everything that you have brought from another supplier is not as good as his stock, even though the guy has nothing in stock. Looks like he has been robbed. Very rude to be fair always has been even when he had his shop in centre. I wouldn't give this guy a penny of my money suppose that wouldn't be good enough for him. No electric bikes and will never sell them he will be out of business very soon. Go Newton Abbot instead much better customer service better stock and quality bikes.
Can’t rate this shop and the owner Craig enough! Fully trustworthy and reliable bike enthusiast and general all around friendly character! After searching for the new Ragley Mmmbop I had an email from Craig asking me to call him, he had one coming and was willing to save it for me Received the bike a couple of weeks later in tip top condition with a freeby also in the box. If you’re down in the south west go get all your bike needs via Fish Bikes! I’m in Sheffield but when I can this will be the first place I go! Cheers
Got my road bike here a year ago, been back countless times whenever I need parts replacing or any new gear. Just upgraded my wheels today, didn't even need to leave the shop and they were done and rode my bike home. Quality service!
Really helpful, only place that I went to that had a real opportunity to make a lot more money out of me but instead gave me great advice and got me set up as a new rider and saved me £100s. I didn’t even buy the bike from the store but did the full set up just because I bought the rest of my gear from there! 2nd time in the last 10 years I’ve been to Craig, second time as a really happy customer. Great to see how far the business has come on, thoroughly deserved and the store is awesome! Cheers mate
You seriously couldn’t go to a better bike shop anywhere, the personal & friendly service from Craig is second to none. THE best bike shop in Torquay! Great prices & outstanding service. Craig recommended & helped us find such a perfect Trek bike for my son, he’s so happy with it. Stunning shop, fantastic array of the latest Road bikes, mountain bikes & accessories, with some very cool music playing in the background & they’ve even got an espresso machine!! You’ve got to visit! Thanks Craig, we’ll be back soon...... :
